This page will cover some completed projects, in providing schematics, photos and explanations. Future projects will also be exposed here and members wishing contribute are welcome.

  • Design & build an home made HF 200W PEP amplifier, for the 40m band
  • Multi-band grabber (based on a QS1R)
  • Build a new wire antenna. Dipole with traps to cover the 40m/20m bands
  • Tiny QRSS / QRPp transmitter, with home made oscillator (possible extension to a self-contain WSPR,using a micro-controller Arduino or Microchip).
  • Modification of commercial pager to use them on amateur bands + modulation tool used to create a local network of pagers.
  • Adapt an old TTY machine for the amateur band
  • Spectral analyser (waterfall) and demodulator using HTML5/Javascript

Possible further projects:

  • SDR receiver based on a FPGA/ADC 100Msps, Ethernet output
  • SDR receiver lite based on a Microchip or ATmega and an audio 96k ADC. Ethernet output
  • Transverter 1.3 GHz
  • Instrumentation signal generator 1.3 GHz (PLL & ref. osc. 10MHz)
  • 1.3 GHz antanna, ex: Quados
